     China Coal Overseas Development Co.,(CODCO) is a strategic platform of China Coal Energy Group (China Coal Group) for "Going Global in Consortium", whose parent company is China Coal Development Co., Ltd. with a mission of comprehensive development service for the group.
     Founded in 1981, CODCO was initially built for foreign economic aid providing with investment, technologies and equipment. In past decades, CODCO has successfully completed numerous mining projects such as mine construction, shaft sinking as well as power plant construction and coal production in Morocco, Bangladesh, Turkey, Mongolia, Vietnam and India, etc.
